1. Instructions for use:
1. First clean the mold that needs to be used for production.
2. ①: New mold:
First, use sandpaper 2000# sandpaper and detergent to wipe the surface of the mold to make it smooth, and it must be ensured that the surface of the mold is free of any grease residues. Otherwise, it will have a certain impact on the formation of the finished product. After grinding, clean the surface of the mold with clean water. If the water on the surface of the mold will not slip off easily, it has proved that the grease on the surface has been cleaned. If there is a certain water splashing effect, it means that there is still residual grease on the surface, until the water on the surface will not easily slip off. Then, the surface is polished, and the sandpaper print on the surface is polished and smoothed to achieve a brand-new surface. to proceed to the next step.
After the new mold has been cleaned of residue on the surface, the surface must be allowed to dry before applying mold release agent. The new mold must be wiped three times or more. After the last wipe is bright, it can be used for one hour.
②Old mold:
Clean the mold with a clean towel or clean cotton cloth.
Apply the release agent evenly on the surface of the mold with a sponge or cotton cloth by rotating it. After 5 to 10 minutes, use a clean soft fiber towel (a clean pure cotton cloth can also be used) to wipe off the blurred and redundant traces on the surface, gradually. until it shines.
Old molds only need one wipe of release agent.
2. Matters needing attention:
1. Put the product in a cool place.
2. Avoid contact with open flames.
3. Keep out of reach of children.
4. Please close the lid tightly when not in use.
