【Instructions before operation】
1. The surface of the mold must be thoroughly cleaned to remove all wax, release agents, sealing agents, and polishing materials.
2. Finally, clean the surface of the mold with mold cleaner.
3. Seal the mold with a sealing agent.
【Application of the product】
1. The surface of the mold must be thoroughly cleaned to remove all wax, release agents, and sealing agents.
2. The surface must be dry and free of any pollutants.
3. Soak the product in a clean cotton cloth (without dripping) and wipe to form a smooth and continuous film, each time not exceeding one square foot.
4.Wait for 15-20 seconds. When it's still a bit wet, use another clean cotton cloth to wipe in a circular motion from the outside to the inside until the surface is dry and clean. Please refer to the following precautions.
5. Repeat the above operation process until the entire mold is covered.
6. Wipe 4-5 times, with a 10 minute interval between each wipe.
7. Finally, wait for 20-30 minutes for complete curing before production can begin.
【matters needing attention: 】
1. Place the product in a cool and shaded place.
2. Avoid contact with high temperatures and open flames.
3. Avoid contact with children.
4. Please seal the lid tightly when not in use.
