Introduction to OEM Release Agent
【Product Description】
Huaxing OEM mold release agent is a low-odor, fast-evaporating general-purpose mold release agent. OEM release agents provide excellent release and can directly replace some big brand release agents. This release agent can be used to release the following materials: epoxy resins, unsaturated resins, polyester materials and thermoplastics.

【Precautions】
Sensitive to moisture, the lid should seal well when not in use. Good airflow should be maintained during use.
【Preparation of mold】
For good results, this release agent should be used on molds with clean and dry surfaces. All residues of wax, sealants, scrubs, and other mold release agents must be washed away. Can be cleaned with cleaning solvents. Resin deposits can be removed by light sanding.
New mold:
A new mold with good performance can ensure that the release agent product has a good bonding effect on the mold surface. New fiberglass reinforced and epoxy molds are available under the manufacturer's direction.

2. Generally need to apply 5 layers or a little more base film, each layer needs 5-10 minutes to let the solvent evaporate. The base film should be dry and not sticky.
3. Spraying can sometimes produce a matte finish, and you can use a cotton cloth to lightly dry the bottom mold to make a shiny finish.
4. When the mold surface and release agent fully meet the requirements, more release times can be obtained. It will be better if the spraying is done after the first second pressure test.
5. When demoulding is difficult, you can choose to paint the entire mold again, or only paint the problematic areas. If the mold temperature is higher than 60°C (140°F), make sure the release agent is completely dry before continuing to use it. Use if the operating temperature is higher than 60°C (140°). Recoating regularly before the base film breaks can prolong the number of releases and reduce resin weaving.
Notice:
Before closing the sealed mold (such as turning the mold), make sure that all the solvent has evaporated, paying special attention to the pits on the surface of the mold, and the small holes no longer hold the solvent. Oil-free compressed air can help remove entrapped solvent.
Flammability/Storage
Release agents contain flammable solvents. This product should be used in a well-ventilated environment. Store in a dry, cool place. The lid should be kept tightly closed when not in use. For details, please refer to MSDS.
