778 wax is a new type of polishing and demolding product that does not contain special surfactants such as silicon and fluorine, but only contains special wax and grease. The impact of repainting on the surface of the product after demolding is minimal, and it will not cause defects such as shrinkage, bubbles, and sagging in the repainting film. 778 wax can form a complete dry coating film on the mold (with a thickness of about 10-15 microns), so the precision of the product size is high, and it is very easy to clean with minimal adhesion. The polishing effect is very ideal, which can enhance the mirror effect of the mold surface. Make the surface of the product smooth. The demolding effect is also very convenient and efficient. It is the preferred choice for the production of high-end composite materials industry.
One、 Related parameters
1. Main ingredients: special synthetic wax and oils, surfactants, solvents
2. Appearance: Light green paste like color
3. Density: approximately 0.8g/cm
4. Effective content: approximately 90%
5. Water soluble acids or bases: None
6. Oil stain test: qualified
Two、 Application field
778 wax is suitable for composite material mold molding, separation, polishing, and maintenance of unsaturated resin and epoxy resin products.
Three、 Instructions for use:
1. First, clean the molds that need to be used for production.
2. ①: New mold:
First, use 2000 # sandpaper and cleaning agent to wipe the surface of the mold flat, and ensure that there are no residual substances on the surface of the mold. Otherwise, it will have a certain impact on the formation of the finished product. Then polish and smooth the surface of the mold, and clean the surface of the mold with clean water after polishing. Clean up any excess residue. Let the surface of the mold dry and thorough before applying 778 wax. It is recommended to apply 3-5 times for new grinding tools. Let the wax and grease form a good protective layer on the surface of the mold.
② Old mold:
Clean the mold with a clean towel or cotton cloth.
Apply 778 wax evenly on the surface of the mold using a sponge and rotate it for 5-10 minutes. Then, use a clean soft fiber towel (or a clean cotton cloth) to wipe off any blurry wax marks on the surface until a high gloss is achieved. The new mold must be coated with 778 wax three times or more. After the last wipe reaches high gloss, it can only be used after standing for one hour. The old mold only needs to be coated with 778 wax once.
Four、 Notes:
1. Place the product in a cool and shaded place.
2. Avoid contact with open flames.
3. Avoid contact with children.
4. Please tighten the lid when not in use.
5. Shelf life of 24 months
