Introduction of HCD7 Release Agent
HCD7 release agent is a special semi-permanent release agent specially designed for the composites industry for products with high gloss surfaces. Solvents in Xingdaisi series products are inert solvents. Mold preparation:
1. The mold surface must be thoroughly cleaned to remove all waxes, mold release agents, sealants and polishing materials.
2. Finally clean the mold surface with mold cleaner.
3. Seal the mold with a sealing agent.
Basic application:
1. The mold surface must be thoroughly cleaned to remove all waxes, release agents and sealants.
2. The surface must be dry and free from any contaminants.
3. Saturate a clean cotton cloth (no dripping) with the product and wipe to form a smooth continuous film, no more than one square foot at a time.
4 Wait 15-20 seconds. When still a little wet, wipe with another clean cotton cloth in circular motions from the outside in until the surface is dry and clean. See notes below.
5. Repeat the above process until the entire mold is covered.
6. Wipe 4-5 times, every 10 minutes.
7. Finally wait 20-30 minutes for complete curing, and then you can start production.
2. Matters needing attention:
1. Put the product in a cool place.
2. Avoid contact with high temperature and open flame.
3. Keep out of reach of children.
4. When not in use, please close the lid tightly to seal.
