1、 Instructions for use:
1. First, clean the molds that need to be used for production.
2. ①: New mold:
First, use sandpaper 2000 # sandpaper with a cleaning agent to wipe the surface of the mold flat, and ensure that there is no residual oil or grease on the surface of the mold. Otherwise, it will have a certain impact on the formation of the finished product. After grinding, clean the surface of the mold with clean water. If the water on the surface of the mold does not easily slide off, it indicates that the oil on the surface has been cleaned. If there is still a certain splashing effect, it indicates that there is still residual oil on the surface until the water on the surface does not easily slide off. Then proceed with surface polishing treatment, polishing and smoothing the sandpaper print on the surface to achieve a brand new surface. Only then can we proceed to the next step of the operation.
After cleaning the residue on the surface of the new mold, the surface must be allowed to dry thoroughly before applying release agent. The new mold must be wiped and coated three or more times. After the last wipe until it is bright, it can only be used after standing for one hour.
② Old mold:
Clean the mold with a clean towel or cotton cloth.
Apply the release agent evenly onto the surface of the mold using a sponge or cotton cloth, and wait for 5-10 minutes. Then, use a clean soft fiber towel (or a clean pure cotton cloth) to wipe off any blurry or excess marks on the surface until it gradually becomes shiny.
Old molds only need to be wiped with release agent once.
2、 Notes:
1. Place the product in a cool and shaded place.
2. Avoid contact with open flames.
3. Avoid contact with children.
4. Please tighten the lid when not in use.
