1、 Instructions for use:
1. Clean the surface that needs to be used for production first.
2. ①: Develop new molds:
First, use other materials such as plaster or plasticine to accurately shape the mold to be developed. Then spray 665 silicon free release agent on the surface of the finished shape. Repeat the spraying process 3-5 times (until the mold no longer penetrates the release agent) to form a thin layer of wax and grease on the shape of the mold, and then spray PVA release agent on the surface. The resin application can only be carried out until the entire object is evenly covered.
② Product demolding:
Clean the mold thoroughly with a clean towel or cotton cloth.
Apply the 665 silicone free mold agent evenly onto the surface of the mold using a sponge or cotton cloth in a rotating manner. After 5-10 minutes, use a clean soft fiber towel (or a pure cotton cloth) to wipe off any blurry or excess marks on the surface until they gradually become shiny.
The old mold only needs to be wiped with release agent once.
2、 Attention:
1. Place the product in a cool and shady place.
2. Avoid contact with open flames.
3. Avoid contact with children.
4. Please close the lid tightly when not in use.
