Two、 Application Fields
788 silicone free liquid wax is suitable for composite material mold forming separation, polishing, maintenance, etc. of unsaturated resin and epoxy resin products.
Three、 Instructions for use:
1. Clean the molds that need to be used for production first.
2. ①: New mold:
First, use sandpaper 2000 # with cleaning agent to wipe the surface of the mold flat, and ensure that there are no residual substances on the mold surface. Otherwise, it will have a certain impact on the formation of the finished product. Then polish and smooth the surface of the mold, and after polishing, clean the surface of the mold with clean water. Clean up any excess residue. Before applying 788 silicon free liquid wax to the mold surface, it is recommended to apply it 3-5 times for new grinding tools. Let the wax grease form a good protective layer on the surface of the mold.
② Old mold:
Clean the mold thoroughly with a clean towel or cotton cloth.
Apply 788 silicon free liquid wax evenly onto the surface of the mold using a sponge and a rotating method. After 5-10 minutes, use a clean soft fiber towel (clean cotton cloth is also acceptable) to wipe off the blurry wax marks on the surface until a high gloss is achieved. The new mold must be coated with 788 silicon free liquid wax three times or more, and after the last wipe to a high gloss, it can be used after being left to stand for one hour. The old mold only needs to be wiped once with 788 silicone free liquid wax.
Four、 Attention:

2. Avoid contact with open flames.
